IT Asset Executive

Total Experience – 1 yrs to 4yrs

Location- Mumbai – Santacruz/ Airoli

Work Mode - WFO

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhering the process of Asset mgmt. defined by customer - Automation workflow to be followed to streamline asset management processes.

2. Participating in Daily, Weekly, Monthly Asset mgmt. review

3. Allocation and custody management of assets, including handling exit users, scrap, faulty items, and Win 10 devices.

4. Conducting database reconciliation, updates, and maintenance activities.

5. Handling ESM (Enterprise Service Management) tickets and ensuring timely updates.

6. Managing inventory and participating in regular inventory audits.

7. Coordinating with vendors for asset allocation and management, including delivery confirmation, receipt validation, and follow-up on pending actions.

8. Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve asset-related issues and escalations.

9. Responding to user inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.

10. Providing allocation projections and open ticket dashboards to stakeholders for visibility.

11. Maintaining accurate records of asset movements, including status changes and closures.

12. Conducting physical inventory checks at designated store locations.

13. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding asset management.

14. Collaborating with logistics vendors and asset managers to validate workflow for new catalogue tickets.

15. Following up with users and vendors to ensure timely closure of non-allocation tickets.
