Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Executive located in Lucknow. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer service, technical support, and online support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Please note that hiring is exclusively for freshers.

Salary: Up-to 15k.

Qualifications

Customer Support and Customer Service skills.

Experience in Online Support.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in a customer-facing role.

Ability to multitask and problem-solve.

Bachelor's degree.
