Responsible forproviding a product that exceeds our guest expectations whilstmaintaining PAPstandards

• Executethe Menu Dishes as per ChefsOrdering
• Assit. TheCDP/Sous Chef in Training the staff for production according tocompany KitchenStandards
• InventoryAvailability of Menu and food Production Planning DailyBasis
• Understand theimportance of FSSAIStandards
• DailyPreparations of Mize NPlace
• Distributing thework role for designed menu of theday

MustHave:

• 01years experience inkitchen
• Demonstratedknowledge of current restaurant industrytrends
• Must possessculinary creativity Must have high Speed andPractice
• Strongknowledge of local state and federal food sanitationregulations
• Comfortableproviding direction and supervision to other staff new trainees&subordinates
• Knowledgeof food productions Food Storage Refrigeratorsetc.
• Must be master inIndian / Continental / Pizza & Pantry / Tandoor / Asian Dimsum in their RespectedCuisines

OtherRequirements:

• 10th12th Pass
• A minimum of1 years experience in a similar role with Multi CuisineKnowledge
• StrongKnowledge of Cooking Methods in their respected Cuisine withcookingTemperatures
• Must HaveHigh Speed with excellent Tastefactor
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
