    Job Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Content Editor/Reviewer specializing in finance to oversee the production and refinement of our blog content. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our articles, blog posts, and other written materials meet high editorial standards, align with our brand voice and messaging, and provide valuable insights to our audience.

    This is a contractual and in-office role based out of the Aditya Birla Capital's Thane, Mumbai office for 12 months

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Review and edit blog content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, style, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Ensure that all written materials are well-researched, factually accurate, and compliant with industry regulations and standards.
    • Collaborate with writers and content creators to provide constructive feedback and guidance on content improvement.
    • Conduct thorough fact-checking and verification of sources to maintain credibility and trustworthiness.
    • Optimize blog content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
    • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to identify content opportunities and ensure topical relevance.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
    • Maintain an editorial calendar and production schedule to meet deadlines and publishing goals.

    The ideal candidate must -

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Finance, or related field.
    • 5-6 years of experience in content editing/reviewing, preferably in the finance domain.
    • Strong understanding of financial concepts, markets, products, and terminology.
    • Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
