    Education Qualifications and Requirements:

    • CA or Consulting background is highly valued.
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Should have experience working with Indian Clientele
    • Proven experience working in a FMCG (preferred) or consumer goods company.
    • Team management experience preferred.
    Key Responsibilities


    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and plans to support the company's shortterm and longterm goals.
    • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
    • Monitor key financial indicators and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiency and optimize financial performance.
    • Knowledge of Business finance, Fundraising, mergers & acquisitions & managing investor relations.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and guidelines.
    • Prepare accurate financial forecasts and variance analysis reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
    • Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and explaining significant variances.
    • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop internal and external financial statements and reports; prepare detailed financial records; and review and analyze current and future reporting needs
