    Medical Licensing Specialist Job Description


    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with our medical licensing initiative. As a Medical Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for obtaining and completing the initial provider application for US state medical licenses.



    Requirements:


    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical licensing or related field is required.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential.
    • Proficiency in using portals and managing associated documentation is necessary.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



    • Researches appropriate applications from US State Medical Boards based on providers' needs.​​

    • Works closely with providers to ensure all necessary documents are obtained for applications.

    • Maintains effective communication throughout licensure process ensuring timely submissions, accuracy,& follow-up with state license boards until approval.
