• Should have implemented or have a good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to define requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines.
• Create user documentation, process document, job aids, and training materials to facilitate system adoption and user selfsufficiency.
• Conduct system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee the deployment of new functionalities.
• Provide support and training to HR users and managers on SuccessFactors functionality, processes, and system usage.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and share reporting requirements.
• Should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. presentations.
• Monitor and review the performance of support partners to drive SLAs.
• Drive projects to enhance current applications to drive adoption.
• Benchmark industry HR automation tools and gather Good communication skills
