    PositionSummary:

    TheProject Coordinator will play a critical role in the planningexecution and monitoring of the Teacher Professional Developmentfor Equity (TPD4Equity) Projects activities. TPD4Equity in India isa collaborative effort between the Language and Learning Foundationthe Learning Equity Initiative the University ofPennsylvania and the Language and Learning Foundation. Thepartnership aims to design tools for understanding educationalprograms alignment and impact on learning equity in foundationalyears. In particular this project will support LLFs TeacherProfessional Development (TPD) on marginalizedpopulations.

    The Project Coordinator will manageall projectrelated tasks coordinate data collection and analysisensure timely completion and facilitate effective communicationamong team members and stakeholders. This position requires astrong background in educational research data analysis and projectmanagement. There would also be frequent field visits to theselected schools and geographies.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. ProjectPlanning:
      1. Develop detailed projectplans including timelines milestones and resourceallocation.
      2. Assistin identifying project goals and objectives ensuring alignment withthe overall projectstrategy.
    2. TaskCoordination:
      1. Coordinate allactivities ensuring tasks are assigned executed and completedwithin definedtimelines.
      2. Trackthe progress of each activity resolve issues and ensure thatproject milestones aremet.
    3. DataAnalysis:
      1. Oversee data collectionvalidation and storage.
      2. Coordinate with internsresearchers and consultants to ensure project timelines and goalsalignment.
      3. Designand employ qualitative and quantitative data tools and assessmentsto inform project decisionmaking including data analysis andvisualizationmethodologies.
    4. Reportingand Documentation:
      1. Maintain accurateproject records budgets andreports.
      2. Assist in thepreparation of regular progress reports for project management andstakeholders.
    5. StakeholderCommunication:
      1. Establish andmaintain effective communication channels with project team membersinterns stakeholders and externalpartners.
      2. Facilitateregular project meetings prepare agendas and provide accurate andtimely meetingminutes.
    6. ResourceManagement:
      1. Efficiently allocateproject resources including personnel equipment andmaterials.

    QualificationsandSkills:

    1. Bachelorsdegree in Education Social Sciences Project Management or a relatedfield (Masters degreepreferred).
    2. Provenexpertise in project coordination particularly in educationalresearch projects with a track record of dataanalysis.
    3. Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills specifically in the context ofeducationaldata.
    4. Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    5. Proficiencyin project management software and data analysistools.
    6. Understanding ofethical considerations in research and datacollection.
    7. Ability to workcollaboratively in a team and independently whenrequired.
    8. Strongorganisational and time managementskills.
