  • Drives availability, quality and cost development of materials and services for a unit
  • Coaches other business functions on optimization of spend
  • Facilities cross-functional cost and spend reviews in the unit
  • Represents Procurement towards the unit's management team
  • Acts as contract owner for selected suppliers
  • Manages escalated supplier issues within the unit
  • Addresses local Procurement needs within Area (FL) or KSU Sourcing teams and towards Area/Global Procurement Managers/Category Managers and drives the inclusion of local Procurement needs into Area/Global Procurement plans
  • Implements Global and Area category plans in the Unit / country
  • Ensures and drives alignment of Procurement management Operating Model in the unit in line with KONE WAY
