Job Description:
As a Technical Success Manager at Chargebee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our Enterprise and strategic accounts. Your key responsibilities include serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, gaining expert knowledge of our products and providing insightful advice, developing a comprehensive understanding of customers' technical needs and tailoring solutions effectively. You will partner with account managers to be accountable for the growth, retention, and customer satisfaction of assigned portfolios. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills, will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and establish yourself as a trusted technical partner committed to their success. In this role, you will analyze clients' technical requirements meticulously, prepare well-structured content for the Product team, represent the technical 'Voice of the Customer' within Chargebee, and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Account Managers. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Technical Success Manager, Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer or similar role is required, preferably managing mid-market or enterprise customers.
