We are looking for highly motivated and goal oriented individuals for our sales team.
Good sales professionals will be required to build relationship in top key accounts within the territory assigned, and able to communicate the product and close the business deals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager in B2B
sales.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Proven work experience of handling a certain quantum of sales quota and meeting targets
consistently.
Actively look at opportunities to position our products to the clients by mapping with
their admission & learning needs
Research, map, develop and nurture strong relationships at multiple levels within assigned
accounts / institutes.
Negotiating contracts within assigned key account / institutes and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
Monitor sales performance metrics. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Mastering the art of upselling, cross-selling and referral generation in the course of business.
Networking in the industry and keeping track of current trends, market position and business environment.
Contribute to the overall achievement of the team's revenue and non-revenue targets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Reporting on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as key account manager
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
Ability to work independently.
