    Panacea Biotec Pharma has recently entered into a new business of nutrition products. It has developed its own product portfolio for the nutrition segment at its Sampann R&D Center and has set-up a manufacturing facility to manufacture these products at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

    To start with, in June 2023, PBPL has launched paediatric nutrition products under the brand name, ChilRunfullTM, ChilRun 7+, ChilRun No Sucrose in ~100 territories across India covering almost 4,000 doctors. It plans to add more products going forward to expand the product portfolio and different markets.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Controller - Pharma (Sales & Marketing) including International S&M at Panacea Biotec. As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for managing financial control and reporting processes for the sales and marketing departments. This includes analyzing financial data, developing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also provide financial guidance and support to the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and profitability.

    Responsibilities :

    1. Maintain financial control of the Pharma - Sales & Marketing business.
    2. Partner with SBU Heads and Director to arrive at the annual operating plan budgets and in decision making of percentage expenses for the year.
    3. Advice on financial decisions related to launch of new products with desired GC and costing.
    4. Responsible to control promotional expenses and not to allow them to exceed the budgeted promotional percentage.
    5. Define responsible credit limits for the stockiest so that we prevent the bad debts.
    6. Audit of expenses and Incentive payouts of all functions of S&M before.
    7. Financial discipline and control on expenditure.
    8. Ensure maximizing profit in any business decision taken by any SBU Head.
    9. Timely MIS to take relevant decisions by SBU Heads.
    10. Financial interventional support to SBU heads to take major business decisions.
