    Job Title: WordPress Developer

    Job Summary: The Learner Mobile WordPress Developer will focus on developing, optimizing, and managing our marketing website to effectively convey our value and captivate our target audience. This position demands a mix of creative and technical expertise to create a mobile-responsive website that highlights our eLearning solutions and boosts user interaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain the Learner Mobile marketing website with emphasis on mobile responsiveness, user experience, and brand coherence.
    • Deploy and personalize WordPress themes and plugins to enrich functionality and user experience.
    • Ensure website optimization for speed, search engine performance, and mobile compatibility.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to incorporate content, visuals, and multimedia elements that align with our marketing strategies.
    • Perform regular website audits and updates to ensure security, adaptability, and performance on all devices and browsers.
    • Tackle and resolve website issues promptly.
    • Provide insights and suggestions on web design trends, UX best practices, and new technologies to keep the website up-to-date in digital marketing.
    • Manage website structure, guaranteeing simple navigation and a coherent layout that supports content marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Demonstrated expertise as a WordPress Developer with a solid portfolio featuring mobile-responsive websites.
    • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
    • Experience in WordPress theme and plugin development, customization, and optimization.
    • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, web standards, and accessibility guidelines.
    • Strong skills in website performance optimization.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulousness.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
