Description

We are hiring for an Instructional Designer in a permanent role for an onshore customer location. Experience in corporate eLearning and soft skills is mandatory.

It is for a permanently WFH opportunity.

The instructional designer will develop interactive lesson plans, technically advanced web-based modules, and engaging virtual classrooms for all business units.

Developing a collection of assets and templates

Ensuring project work such as code and graphics are checked in on a daily basis Participate frequently in brainstorming sessions with the team and working groups Develop highly detailed WBT storyboards and ILT design layouts

Creating Videos Need to have

Adobe Storyline- Mandatory

Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) Mandatory

Articulate storyline

Photoshop or Illustrator

Snag-it

Camtasia

Premier Pro

Adobe After Effects

iClone

SimWriter

VideoScribe/Powtoon or other quick-hit video technologies

The curriculum designer must also have a good working knowledge of design methodologies and how to incorporate them effectively into a blended modality program.
