    Description

    **Job Title:**
    Senior FEA Engineer

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior FEA Engineer to join our Engineering team.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Conduct linear, non-linear, modal, and vibration analysis using ANSYS software.
    • Develop deep understanding of contact & material non-linearities and debug convergence issues.
    • Create high-quality shell meshing and solid models.
    • Analyze and interpret FEA results to predict root cause of failure.
    • Provide coaching to junior engineers and make key engineering decisions.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to recommend design changes.
    • Validate concept designs using simulation techniques.

    **Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • At least 9 years of experience in FEA domain.
    • Expertise in ANSYS software and proficiency in MS Office tools.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    **Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in telecommunication and electrical industry products.
    • Knowledge of industry standards (IBC, UL, and Telcordia).
    • Seismic Analysis expertise.
