Senior/Junior Automation Consultants
to join our automation team and work with our clients to deliver high-quality automation.
As an Automation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting project workstreams, conducting research and analysis, and contributing to the development of client deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in automation, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
You should be eager to learn and grow in the field of consulting, with a passion for solving complex business problems and driving client success.
Responsibilities & tasks for this roleSupport project workstreams, contributing to the project scope, budget, and timeline
Conduct research and analysis, and contribute to the development of client deliverables
Collaborate with other members of the automation team to develop solutions that address client needs
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
Consulting our customers in the professional and technical implementation of process automation solutions with focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and artificial intelligence (AI)
Analysis and optimization of process flows and identification of automation potentials and evaluation of the associated added value for our customers
Preparation of customer presentations and workshops
Preparation of detailed process documentation in close cooperation with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) of our customers
Offer support to the Project Manager to ensure a smooth implementation of the automation solution
Supporting the development of materials for the further development of our consulting team within Roboyo
Analysis of business challenges and development of conceptual solutions
Onsite meetings with customers
Requirements
Must-have qualifications & competencies
Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in process design and automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred.
Native Swedish and fluent English
