    Responsibility Head -Business Development from Electrical consultants for EP Business in India. Job Description Responsible for managing following business development activities:


    •He/Shewill be responsible for driving a team size of 3x colleagues for Sales of LVSwitchgear products in PB's,

    Contractors& EPC Segments as the primary function.


    •The roledemands a highly energetic and enthusiastic professional to lead the team witha Growth mindset focus. The

    individualshould be able to guide and motivate the team to be focused, process-oriented,and result oriented.


    •Identify andevaluate market potential for SI EP products in assigned territory in a definedset customer base.

    Generation ofbusiness from new customers & from competitor accounts. Responsible forIdentifying, qualifying, and

    leadingopportunities to bring revenue for the above products from PB's, Contractors& EPC with retention &

    Conversioncustomers from Top 10 accounts through the assigned engineers.


    •7+ years'experience in sales and 5 years' experience in handling the above products.He/She should be a people

    Manager inearlier role.


    •Plan andvisit customers to support the team members and support the requirements ofcustomers.


    •Routinelydiscuss and communicate sales opportunities strategy with members of the team.


    •Shouldpossess the high initiative to push channels and customers to derive highergrowth.


    •Attend andparticipate in customer team meetings and communicate regularly.


    •Ensurecustomer satisfaction. Maintain successful business relationships with channelpartners and customers.


    •Salessystematic & reporting in CRM tool.


    •Managesbusiness development activities, aligns sales strategies, and grows businessopportunities from new and
