Job Title: Senior AR Caller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Caller with strong knowledge in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling insurance follow-ups, denial management, and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with US insurance companies for claim status
• Work on denied and rejected claims
• Identify root causes for denials and take corrective action
• Ensure timely reimbursement of outstanding accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls and claim updates
• Meet daily and monthly productivity targets
• Train and guide junior AR callers (if required)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM
• Experience in Physician / Hospital Billing
• Good understanding of EOB, ERA, Denial Codes
• Excellent communication skills (US accent preferred)
• Ability to work on aging reports
• Experience in tools like EPIC / eClinicalWorks / Athena / Kareo (added advantage)

• Experience: 3+ Years in AR Calling
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
