    Profile:

    As a Sales Engineer specializing in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling TIC services to clients across various industries.

    This position requires a unique combination of technical expertise, sales skills, and customer relationship management.

    Work Responsibilities:

    Technical Expertise:
    Develop a deep understanding of the company's TIC services, including testing methodologies, inspection procedures, scope and certification standards. Stay updated on industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends in TIC.

    Client Engagement:
    Identify potential clients and industries that require TIC services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct client needs assessments to understand their specific TIC requirements.

    Solution Presentation:
    Create tailored TIC solutions and presentations that address the unique needs and challenges of each client. Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of the company's TIC services.

    Proposal Development:
    Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and scope of work. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and meet client requirements.

    Sales and Revenue Generation:
    Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively selling TIC services. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.

    Market Research:
    Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats. Provide feedback to the company's product development and marketing teams based on market insights.

    Contract Negotiation:
    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business. Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

    Reporting and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

    Customer Support:
    Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to address any post-sale inquiries or issues. Ensure that clients receive excellent customer support throughout the project lifecycle.


    Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

    • Proven experience in technical sales in the TIC industry.
    • Strong knowledge of TIC processes, standards, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into customerfriendly language.
    • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently.
    • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

    Educational Qualification Required:
    B.Tech Degree/Diploma/any Graduation
