- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, and visits to increase the likelihood of them using our products again
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met
- Encourage potential clients to buy our products and close the best possible deal
- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Emailing, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
