Job summary
To ensure implementation of HSE system to protect all personals property and environment during enforcement of contractual obligation by the contractor prepare establish safety plan for the construction activity review contractors safety plan and make required corrections for implementation conduct safety training sessions for client contractors supervisory staff as well as contractors workmen on regular basis ensure proper dedicated safety personnel deployment from the contractor maintain record visual documents for unsafe critical activities to prevent hazards and to bring this to the notice of all concerned.
Responsibilities
- To ensure effective use PPEs duly approved by client TPI and to maintain sufficient stock of PPEs at working site periodically checking Quality of PPE used by Contractors worker guide client contractors team for proper housekeeping of working site ensure maintaining highest level of safety standards at site establish system for disposal of waste material categorically at designated location submit the Safety compliance report and prepare the safety awareness Program conduct weekly safety meetings of all contractors weekly and circulate MOM to all contractors report client management immediately for any Major or Minor Incident Accident Near miss Fatal accident happens at Project site and to submit report with root cause analysis.
