    Description

    The Boyd HR Operations Specialist provides administrative and analytical support to our global HR team. This fast-paced role requires an individual that has excellent analytical skills, a strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

    US Shift timings: **2 PM to 11 PM (IST)

    Experience : 5 Yrs to 7 Yrs Only

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Complete standard HR process work such as compliance audits, US payroll activities, 401K Funding process, employee file management and Severance agreements.
    • Proficient with data manipulation and reporting (pivot tables, v-lookup) to support global data requests.
    • Perform data entry tasks in ADP Workforce, Workday or Mandatory knowledge on the HRM software.
    • Knowledge of US leave management processes preferred.
    • Maintain Learning Management System (LMS), as well as any other software required for training efforts (any CRM, e.t.c)
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of activities.
    • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, tact, and business acumen.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize work in a fast-moving global environment and navigate ambiguity.
    • Drive data standardization initiatives and conduct ongoing data quality audits and document SOP on the process.
    • Focus on process improvements, simplification, effectiveness, automation, and productivity of HR Operations Team

    Education Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Related Field
    • Must have 5 year of HR experience, with an emphasis in HR Administration and HR Operations.

    Essential Abilities / Expertise:

    • Experience Working in a Global Organizations
    • Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
    • Good at Core HR metrics and analytical reports
    • High ownership and stakeholder's approach
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Experience using ADP Workforce and other HRM Software
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, flexible and adaptable.
    • Ability to effectively assess and resolve complex issues and set priorities.
    • Proactiveness in taking on challenges and natural interest in self-learning new things.
    • Expertise in other HR systems
    • Experience in external and internal audits
    • Experience into Excel Dashboards and Power BI.
