    • Align iscurrently seeking a Data Analyst ServiceNowto join our DWEorganization
    • This position will deliverdatadriven insights and solutions on ServiceNowplatform
    • You will be responsible to collaboratewith business systems analysts and customers and creatingmaintaining and enhancing reports and dashboards on the ServiceNowplatform
    • Your expertise in data analysisreporting capabilities and stakeholder collaboration willcontribute to optimizing internal processes and driving informeddecisionmaking

    Inthis role youwill
    • Create andmaintain reports and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform usingvarious using various reporting tools such as Performance AnalyticsReport Designer and DashboardStudio.
    • Collaborate with business analystsconsumers of the platform and others to craft meaningful dashboardsreports on KPIs and metrics and create analytical representation ofthe data.
    • Identify inventory assess rationalizeand prioritize reporting needs ensuring that reports and dashboardseffectively meet enterprise requirements across all businesssectors.
    • Provide datadriven insights andrecommendations to stakeholders and customers based on dataanalysis and business requirements.
    • Createguidelines processes and best practices to promote consistent datausage and to eliminate redundant reporting within theplatform.
    • Review and optimize reports forplatform performance providing guidance to endusers on minimizingnegative platform impacts when creating reports anddashboards.
    • Collaborate with ServiceNowdevelopers administrators and consultants to ensure data qualityaccuracy and consistency.
    • Develop reports anddashboards based on gathered requirements partnering withstakeholders and providing training to enableselfsufficiency.
    • Uphold company policies andprocedures to maintain data integrity while delivering highqualityreports and dashboards.
    • Partner with otherteams to consolidate and address enterprisewide reportingrequirements that extend beyond onplatform reportingcapabilities.
    • Support data governance and datamanagement initiatives on the ServiceNowplatform.

    Inthis role you llneed
    • Bachelors degreein computer science information technology or related field orequivalent work experience.
    • 01 years ofexperience in data analysis and reporting preferably on theServiceNow platform showcasing a deep understanding of datavisualization and reportingprinciples.
    • Proficient in using ServiceNowreporting tools such as Performance Analytics Report Designer andDashboard Studio.
    • Strong knowledge ofServiceNow data model tables fields andrelationships
    • Expertise in building indicatorsbreakdowns data Architecture data cleanup PA widgets PA scorecardsetc.
    • Strong skills in data visualizationstransformations and maintenance of it.
    • GlideAjax Glide Form (gform) Glide User (guser) Glide Record GlideSystem Glide Element Glide Aggregate.
    • Queryingthe table by using Glide Record and very strong depth in dataretrieval methods and complex joinqueries.
    • Render forms lists UI Pages and manyother things in ServiceNow platform with the help of ServiceNowscripting.
    • Web Service Integration with otherreporting or RESTful APIs.
    • Experience in usingSQL Excel and other data analysistools.
    • Certification in ServiceNow PerformanceAnalytics or Report Designer is a plus.
