    Senior Associate Marketing Operations Role at My11Circle:

    The Senior Marketing Operations Associate will work closely with the Marketing team to execute and manage various marketing campaigns.

    This role offers opportunities to learn innovative marketing strategies, use cutting-edge tools, and contribute to the growth of the online entertainment space in India.

    You will be responsible for collaborating with the Associate Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager to implement Google Ads search campaigns and influencer marketing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Gathering requirements from internal stakeholders to understand campaign needs.
    • Managing operational tasks for in-house campaigns, including coordinating with creative teams, uploading designs, and tracking key performance indicators.
    • Collaborating with internal teams, such as creative design, developers, testing, business intelligence, and legal, to ensure campaign requirements are met.
    • Estimating timelines and meeting deadlines.
    • Proofreading communication elements.
    • Monitoring standard contests on the platform and optimizing them based on external environment changes.
    • Recording and approving payments for marketing campaigns.
    • Liaising with the Business Intelligence team to record marketing campaigns data.
    • Maintaining reports on new or existing marketing campaigns, covering all relevant metrics.

    Requirements:

    • B.Tech/MBA or equivalent degree from a reputable institution.
    • Experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google and Meta Ads.
    • Proficiency in UAC Campaigns.
    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations (preferably online).
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Data analysis skills in Excel.

    Location: Bangalore
