    1. Achieving sales target for the assigned area and team
    2. Ensuring the basic work from subordinates like customer coverage, visit frequencies, programs, reporting, collaboration, etc.
    3. Doing fieldwork with subordinates for customer visits and ensuring perfect implementation of company designed strategies
    4. Responsible for ROI.
    5. Supervising the engagement activities executed by the sales team and taking follow ups with customers and team to ensure the desired results
    6. Rapport building with key customers to improve sales volumes and brand advocacy of the organization
    7. Inventory management and ensuring smooth distribution channel

    Motivation to the subordinates for sales target achievements

    Criteria: Minimum 4 years of man management experience in pharma sales

    Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical Industry

    Cardio-Diabetic segment exposure is preferred
