    Job Description:
    We are seeking a dynamic Accountant/Supply Chain Manager to join our team at [Company Name]. This role is crucial for managing our financial records, overseeing the procurement process, and handling vendor relationships.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and supply chain management, with the ability to multitask and coordinate various activities across purchasing, store management, project accounting, and vendor billing.


    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Management:** Prepare accurate project budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.

    Supply Chain Oversight:


    • Oversee and manage the entire supply chain lifecycle, from purchasing to delivery.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best cost, reliability, and quality of goods.

    Inventory and
    Store Management:


    • Manage inventory levels to optimize space and resources while ensuring project timelines are met.
    • Supervise the store operations ensuring efficient handling and storage of all goods.

    Project Accounting:


    • Monitor and record financial progress of projects by tracking billing and payments.
    • Work closely with project managers to ensure that expenditures stay within project budget.

    Vendor Billing and Management:

    • Process vendor payments and maintain a systematic, processdriven approach to vendor relationships.
    • Handle disputes and negotiate to resolve discrepancies in billing and shipping.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in accounting and supply chain management within the construction industry.
    • Strong understanding of project management and accounting principles.
    • Proficient in MS Office and finance software.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under deadline pressure.
