- Financial Management:** Prepare accurate project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
- Oversee and manage the entire supply chain lifecycle, from purchasing to delivery.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best cost, reliability, and quality of goods.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize space and resources while ensuring project timelines are met.
- Supervise the store operations ensuring efficient handling and storage of all goods.
- Monitor and record financial progress of projects by tracking billing and payments.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that expenditures stay within project budget.
- Process vendor payments and maintain a systematic, processdriven approach to vendor relationships.
- Handle disputes and negotiate to resolve discrepancies in billing and shipping.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and supply chain management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management and accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and finance software.
