- Minimum of 10 years of experience in backend software development Python
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with customerfacing product teams.
- Experience leading or managing technical teams.
- Working Experience of Python and Typescript
- Strong proficiency in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Typescript, Python, Express JS, NodeJS, MongoDB/NoSQL, and Rust
- Extensive experience with microservice backend frameworks and technologies, as well as serverless architectures
- Extensive experience with database systems and query optimization
