    LEAD FRONTENDDEVELOPERWe are looking for a seasoned andexperienced professional Front End DeveloperTeam Lead. Thisapplicant will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a smallteam of frontend developers on and off shore to ensure thesuccessful delivery of highquality web applications. The rolerequires a handson approach where you will actively contribute todevelopment tasks while providing guidance and mentorship to yourteam members. You will be responsible for driving the technicaldirection of projects ensuring UI development guidelines bestpractices and standards are followed and collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to drive and evolve the company s brandthroughout the userexperience.
    In addition to yourtechnical expertise in HTML CSS and JavaScript you will have strongleadership and project management skills to deliver highquality websolutions. The position will report to the Technology Lead and willalso work as a liaison between the Development and QA teams. Youwill collaborate with designers to transform design mockups andwireframes into responsive and interactive web applicationsensuring a seamless user experience.The roleis onsite Monday Friday 2pm11pm IST.Numberof Positions: 1 Employment Type:FulltimeResponsibilities
    • Manage ateam of two frontend developers fostering a collaborative andinnovative work environment
    • Lead by exampleactively participating in the development of frontendsolutions
    • Ensure the successful execution offrontend development tasks distribute work assignments and monitorprogress adhering to project timelines andmilestones
    • Promote a positive team culture thatvalues communication accountability and continuousimprovement
    • Work with digital designers anddevelopers to implement compelling designs and innovative solutionsfor the website and help maintain all userfacingfeatures
    • Develop CSS and asset libraries aswell as produce reusable code to help maintain consistency in brandexecution
    • Communicate with clients in order toexecute desired results for UI features provided in our SaaSofferings
    • Assist QA to test pages on multiplebrowsers and displays across mobile tablet and desktop devices;help identify problems and provide recommendations andsolutions
    • Stay abreast of industry trends andemerging technologies incorporating them into the teams workflowwhereapplicable

    WhoYouAre
    • Previousexperience in a Leadership and Management role AMUST
    • 10 year experience infrontend development (HTML5 CSS3Javascript)
    • Ability to balance handsondevelopment with leadershipresponsibilities
    • Great communication andorganization skills with strong attention todetail
    • Solid understanding of implementingbestpractice high performance responsive interfaces for the modernweb
    • Expert in HTML with the ability to writeclean and welldocumented code
    • Mastery in CSSframeworks and preprocessors such as LESS Flexbox CSS Gridetc.
    • Expertise in JavaScript as well as modernJS frameworks/libraries (JQuery Reactetc.)
    • Highly knowledgeable of the principles ofdesign responsive design and bestpractices
    • Ability to convert a digital mockupinto a functional userfacing feature on thewebsite
    • Understanding of SEO principles as wellas accessibility requirements (WCAGADA)
    • Working knowledge of Email HTML and EmailDevelopment
    • Ability to present code and handoffsolutions to developers
    • Up to date with thelatest UI best practices techniques andtechnologies
    • Ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously while followingpriorities
    • Team player with a positiveattitude
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology or a relatedfield
