    Senior Full stack developer (ReactJs, AWS, MongoDb) for a fast growing start-up (FULLY REMOTE)

    This is not another job. This is an opportunity to act, lead and produce results like an entrepreneur within a fast growing start-up.

    People lacking the above would either struggle through the recruitment process or won't be a good fit in this role and the company.

    Recruitment process will include 2-3 interviews with senior management and 1-2 written exercises to be submitted in the beginning of the process.

    We are looking for exceptional and strong individual(s) to grow our technology and product team. As we head towards our next phase of growth and global expansion, he/she will be provided with various opportunities to learn and grow his / her career. This role will work closely with our key partners, clients and other stakeholders in APAC and Europe.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of 2-5 software engineers / senior software engineers
    • Work on new product development
    • Drive the development of the existing tech products and new products by leading from the front
    • Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional specification.
    • Work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver high quality work
    • Become the "go to person" internally for any tech needs
    • Confident, independent and adaptable to drive multiple projects
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with a strong growth mindset
    • Willing to contribute and adapt to the growing needs of our business

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Good experience and knowledge of working in ReactJS, AWS, MongoDB of at least 4+ years
    • Experience of managing a team of software engineers
    • Strong understanding of web development protocols and security
    • Extremely results-driven and execution-focused, motivated and entrepreneurial
    • Best-in-class work quality
    • Ability to own outcomes and make things happen with a strong sense of urgency
    • Excellent communication skills in a must both written and verbal
    • Driven by a desire to make a significant positive impact with high levels of integrity and consistency as well as dependability
    • Eye for detail and accuracy
    • Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks
