As an intern you will supportthe HR department in various tasks and gain handson experience inthe field of human resources.     RolesAndResponsibilities
    • Assistin the recruitment and selection process including posting jobopenings reviewing resumes and schedulinginterviews.
    • Participate in new employeeonboarding including preparing documents conducting orientationsand coordinating training sessions.
    • Assist inmaintaining employee records and HRdatabases.
    • Support the HR team in creating andupdating HR policies and procedures.
    • Performresearch on HRrelated topics and contribute to the development ofHR initiatives.
    • Assist in organizing companyevents and employee engagementactivities.
    • Provide general administrativesupport to the HRdepartment.
