    Overview

    The AdminExecutive plays a crucial role in supporting the administrativefunctions of the organization. This role is essential for ensuringthe smooth operation of the office and supporting variousdepartments. The Admin Executive is responsible for managing officesupplies coordinating administrative procedures and providingsupport to staff and visitors. They play a key role in maintaininga productive and organized workenvironment.

    Keyresponsibilities

    • Manage officesupplies and equipment
    • Coordinateadministrative procedures and implement bestpractices
    • Handle incoming and outgoingcorrespondence and communications
    • Assist in thepreparation of regularly scheduledreports
    • Support the organization andcoordination of meetings and events
    • Handletravel arrangements and accommodation for staff andvisitors
    • Assist in the preparation ofpresentations and reports
    • Provideadministrative support to variousdepartments
    • Manage filing systems and updaterecords
    • Handle confidential information withintegrity and professionalism
    • Assist inresolving administrative problems andinquiries
    • Perform other administrative tasks asassigned

    Requiredqualifications

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or related field
    • Provenwork experience as an Administrative Executive or similarrole
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel MS Wordand MS Outlook)
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
    • Ability to effectivelycommunicate with internal and externalstakeholders
    • Excellent problemsolvingabilities
    • Knowledge of office managementsystems and procedures
    • Exceptional multitaskingand prioritization skills
    • Detailoriented andable to maintain accuracy in a fastpacedenvironment
    • Ability to handle confidentialinformation with discretion
