System Test Engineer Scrum Master - Bengaluru, India - Corporate Resources
Description
Job DescriptionCreate system test specifications, plans and detailed test cases based on plaform requirements, architecture and design documents.
Perform system testing of the platform following the laid down processes and methodologies. Going beyond what s written to uncover hidden issues.
Document, report and track the identified issues.
Participate in reviews, development of system test strategies and procedures.
Ensure test coordination, test communication, defect management and status reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, software engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure that products meet high standards of quality and reliability.
Plan, facilitate, run the scrum routines (daily stand-up, planning, demo, retrospective meetings)Identify and mitigate testing risks and issues, and escalate as appropriate.
Interface with scrum masters / project managers of other teams to manage dependencies and prepare joint plansLeverage Agile practices to track critical deliverables.
