Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Site Engineer to join our team, focusing on interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of projects, ensuring that designs are translated into high-quality, functional spaces that exceed client expectations.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Roles and Responsibilities:

Direct and manage the on-site implementation of interior fitout projects, adhering to architectural and design specifications.

Coordinate closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion within scope.

Enforce strict quality control measures, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets company standards and regulatory requirements.Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track.

Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 3 years of experience in interior fitout projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
