    About the Role

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead - Lifetime Value (LTV) Educational Products and Partnerships to lead the development, enhancement, and strategic management of educational offerings that drive customer engagement and retention. This role will encompass to continuously explore, create, and provide new products and services that enhance children's upskilling journey.

    Partnerships will play a critical role in being able to create successful products. By fostering strategic collaborations and alliances, we have to create opportunities for talented students to shine and reach their full potential. Working closely with schools, brands and other partner organizations to create memorable opportunities for kids, while providing the talented ones a structured pathway in their journey from grassroot to elite. Our ideal candidate will front the exciting responsibility of liaising, pitching and converting esteemed global academic brands as a curriculum partner for BeyondSkool. You shall be expected to be abreast of latest trends in the K-12 market (globally relevant courses, upcoming courses as per NEP and so on) and be expected to onboard partners in such domains to help BeyondSkool build and sell new courses accordingly. You shall also help forge domestic alliances with major corporates/ academic brands which shall help the school management perceive BeyondSkool as a global upskilling powerhouse.

    Responsibilities

    Educational Products & Properties:

    · Strategize and develop educational properties for all three stakeholders – Students, Teachers and Principals

    · Lead end-to-end development and management of these products and properties including ideation, market research, requirement gathering, launch and ongoing enhancement

    · Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with educational institutions, content providers, technology vendors and other stakeholders to expand our offerings

    · Drive adoption through marketing strategies, customer engagement and ongoing support

    Partnership Development:

    · Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with education brands and organizations to boost our product offering in the future.

    · Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise for mutual benefit.

    · Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to explore partnership possibilities and develop mutually beneficial collaborations.

    Partnership Activation and Management:

    · Work closely with internal teams to activate partnerships effectively, coordinating marketing, communication, and operational efforts to maximize partnership impact.

    · Monitor and evaluate partnership performance against established metrics and objectives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

    · Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle.

    Qualifications

    · MBA from Tier-1 Institute with atleast 5+ year of experience in creating Educational Products and Services

    · Demonstrated experience developing Properties and Products, Partnership management, business development, or related roles, in the education sector

    · Having past exposure and active network with globally recognized academic bodies (especially across Communication, Math, AI, robotics & STEM) will be a preference

    · Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence stakeholders at various levels.

    · Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and navigate complex discussions.

    · Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify partnership opportunities and assess their potential impact on organizational goals.

    · Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving tangible outcomes and delivering value through partnerships.

    · Extremely high passion to promote new-age skills in students and create a positive difference in their future success
