Job Description:

Quality Assurance (QA)Engineer (Python Selenium)The candidate will play a crucial part inensuring the quality and reliability of our PDF parsingapplication.

As a QA Engineer you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing automated test scripts using Python andSelenium with a focus on enhancing test coverage and efficiency.

Youll collaborate closely with our development and testing teams toplan and execute tests identify and document defects and contributeto the overall improvement of our testing processes.

KeyResponsibilities:

Developcomprehensive test plans based on project specifications andrequirements. Execute both manual andautomated testing to validate the functionality and performance ofthe application. Collaborate with thetesting and development teams to develop and execute automated testscripts. Integrate automated tests into theCI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing coverage. Identify document and track softwaredefects and inconsistencies. Work closelywith the development team to investigate troubleshoot and resolveidentified issues. Conduct thoroughregression testing to ensure that new developments do not adverselyaffect existing functionality. Monitor andreport on test execution progress and results. Work closely with developers productmanagers and other stakeholders to understand project requirementsand specifications. Communicate effectivelywith the team to provide status updates and highlight any potentialrisks. Create and maintain detailed testdocumentation including test cases test scripts and test reports. Contribute to the improvement of testingprocesses and methodologies.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology or a related field (or equivalentexperience). Proven experience in manualand automated testing of software applications. Strong proficiency in Python programmingfor test automation. Experience withtesting PDF parsing functionality is a plus. Familiarity with testing frameworks such asPyTest or Selenium. Knowledge of versioncontrol systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problemsolving and analyticalskills. Strong communication andcollaboration skills. Ability to workindependently and in a teamoriented collaborative environment. a person will perform on aregular
