- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Extensive experience in project management
- Knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Lead the planning and implementation of Agile projects, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
- Track and report project status and key metrics to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices
