    Position Summary:

    Bechtel is seeking a talented, energetic, ambitious Support Professional with Nodejs\Mongo\AKS knowledge to support EIS solution. support professional in this domain would be to ensure seamless operation and maximum uptime of services, AKS clusters, Azure Service Bus instances, and MongoDB databases by providing efficient and effective technical support. This involves leveraging expertise in troubleshooting, optimization, and collaboration to address issues promptly, enhance system performance, and contribute to the overall reliability and success of the technology stack. Additionally, the objective would include fostering a culture of continuous improvement through documentation, knowledge sharing, and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

    Experience:

    5 - 9 years of relevant work experience is required

    Basic Skills/Qualifications:

    • Master's/bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering (BE/MCA/BCA)
    • 5-9 years of strong software design and development experience and building and administering large-scale distributed applications
    • Strong communication skills
    • Agility and quick learner
    • Understanding of the Software development lifecycle
    • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
    • Should have a high level of energy working as an individual Contributor and as a part of Team.
    • Ability to think out of the box while resolving production issues.
    • Debug code for production failures and raise it to Development manager with appropriate criticality.

    Technical Skills (Hands On):

    • Apply Server-side software development expertise, to design, develop and implement horizontally scalable components with the ability to handle large transaction and query volumes with following experience:
    • Backend - NodeJS, Server-Side Events (SSE)
    • Programming languages - Typescript, JavaScript
    • API – REST, GraphQL
    • Handlebar
    • Databases – Mongo DB, ORACLE, SQL SERVER
    • CI/CD experience with:
    • Git/TFS, Containers, Ansible
    • Test Driven Development (TDD)
    • Real-time or near real-time data pipelines
    • BPMN 2.0 (Camunda)
    • Azure Service Bus
    • Basic AKS understanding
    • Experience working in short agile release cycles.
    • Enterprise grade development best-practices for end-to-end interoperability and integration
    • Design with operational requirements, and support challenges in perspective

    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to applications, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Service Bus, Camunda services and MongoDB databases.
    • Providing technical assistance to users experiencing problems with applications, containers, messaging services, and databases.
    • Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing configurations to improve reliability and efficiency.
    • Collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to diagnose and address complex issues.
    • Documenting support processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
    • Implementing and maintaining monitoring/alerting systems to proactively detect and mitigate issues.
    • Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support coverage for critical systems.
    • Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in , Kubernetes, messaging services, and database management.
    • Experience of working on an Enterprise level integration system based in Azure
