    Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Triage and Procurement Operations
    We are looking for professionals with Strong operations experience in Triage and Procurement operations domain having people handling and customer management skills. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with S2P policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts payable, which include:


    • Prepares and/or modifies standard purchasing requests, including bid requests, material requisitions, purchase orders, change requests, logs, reports, and trending

    • Checks requisitions for appropriate approval and accounting information

    • Perform a variety of clerical duties to ensure that supplies are shipped or services provided on schedule by suppliers

    • Resolves issues with orders such as arranging for returns and the issuing of credits

    • Review receiving reports to determine if quantity ordered matches quantity received; review prices, f.o.b. points and payment terms to ensure agreement with purchase order and resolve such discrepancies

    • Maintain interface with suppliers as needed to ensure the procurement of high quality supplies, expedient delivery, and dependable service at optimum price, referring problems involved deliveries or invoices to the Buyer for resolution

    • Maintain/set-up data files, completed requisitions, purchase orders, logs, and other related documentation

    • Assist and handle in pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions, invoice discrepancies, etc.

    • Provides support to the Tactical Buyer or Category Manager as needed

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

    • Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in the purchase of goods or services

    • Proven experience with reviewing, verifying and processing requisition's and purchase orders

    • Prefer candidates with purchasing, supplier collaboration, or supply chain experience

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • Experience building and maintaining supplier relationships, and providing excellent internal/external customer service

    • Requires effective communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels

    • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

    • Adapts to changing work priorities and assignments

    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize work in a dynamic environment as timing is a critical function

    • Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    • Requires strong computer skills and knowledge
