    Job Description

    1. Develop daily business development lead generation plans one day in advance.
    2. Go the extra mile in executing the daily business development activities planned.
    3. Generate daily customer leads based on the plan.
    4. Understand the customer requirements during the daily visits.
    5. Regular Feedback should be provided to all customers visited without fail.
    6. Timely generation of offers for prospective customers.
    7. Constantly observe product & competitor developments.
    8. Discover unique ways to generate customer leads.
    9. Manage customer feedback regularly by strategizing and brainstorming with management
    10. Develop and maintain updated customer /client list.
    11. Provide daily/weekly MIS reports to management.

    Qualification, Experience & Skills

    • Degree with relevant experience in B2B / Institutional sales.
    • Good communication skills in English plus 2 regional languages is a must
    • Sensitive and understanding, regarding client behavior.
    • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
    • Extrovert and having good networking skills.
    • Excellent research & analytical skills.
    • Ready to accept by challenges.
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
    • Good team player.
