- Develop daily business development lead generation plans one day in advance.
- Go the extra mile in executing the daily business development activities planned.
- Generate daily customer leads based on the plan.
- Understand the customer requirements during the daily visits.
- Regular Feedback should be provided to all customers visited without fail.
- Timely generation of offers for prospective customers.
- Constantly observe product & competitor developments.
- Discover unique ways to generate customer leads.
- Manage customer feedback regularly by strategizing and brainstorming with management
- Develop and maintain updated customer /client list.
- Provide daily/weekly MIS reports to management.
- Degree with relevant experience in B2B / Institutional sales.
- Good communication skills in English plus 2 regional languages is a must
- Sensitive and understanding, regarding client behavior.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Extrovert and having good networking skills.
- Excellent research & analytical skills.
