Job summary
Formulate sales execution on ground for driving health business in alignment with overall business strategy for the vertical considering prevailing market conditions to ensure achievement of defined targets/revenue/profit.
Maintains and analyzes sales reports accordingly directs sales teams to increase health business
Screen market landscape identify prospective institutes big agents who can liaison with us to increase health sales
Analyze performance of agents guide them maximize revenue using upselling cross-selling strategies Manage relationships bank branches assigned Health Sales team across zone drive health business Ensure IMD customer grievances addressed if any Engage agents monthly ensure adequately motivated keep generating business BGIL Run campaigns trainings league programs intermediaries zone develop knowledge products enhance sales capabilities Operate review Interact intermediaries evaluate performance business generated address concerns hampering business BAGIC Team Development Participate recruitment process identify talent various positions within team Establish individual performance expectations regularly review individual performance IMDs Guides IMDs ideas approaches agent recruitment maximizing sales revenue Create development opportunities IMDs enhance functional knowledge sales capabilities
