    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Digital Marketing II to join our Marketing team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure consultant databases/data vendor platforms are populated and maintained to a high standard and on a timely basis
  • Ensure regular data delivery is maintained for each database for performance, characteristics, AUM, personnel, DEI and other qualitative datasets
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across all databases and in line with firm's policy
  • Perform quality checks for data reflecting over various platforms and proactively raise discrepancies with stakeholders for quick resolution
  • Enhance/streamline existing process of uploading and QC to minimise manual efforts and increase efficiency
  • Create visualisation metrics to track status of information over databases every quarter and accordingly work with partner for timely upload and QC
  • Work closely with RFP team to help qualify for any opportunity dependent on accuracy of information over database
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • years of relevant experience in consultant databases
  • Proficiency in consultant databases and related tools , eVestment, GIMD, CAMRA etc.
  • Analytical and critical analysis ability; strong eye for detail to perform effective QC
  • Knowledge, familiarity and understanding of asset management, especially RFP
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to confidently interact with and present to stakeholders of all levels
  • Technical skills -
  • Advanced Excel, especially Macros, Vlookup and Pivots
  • PowerPoint
  • Data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau)
  • RPA
  • Master's in Marketing, Business Development, Economics or Finance
  • CFA or FRM preferable
