Description
· Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales & Marketing in the assigned set of branches to achieve the sales objectives.
· Identify the new prospective clients.
· Identify the requirements of the prospective and existing customers.
· Plan and strategize the action plan in the assigned set of branches.
· Ensure the revenue and recovery target of individual is achieved.
· Ensure relationships are maintained with the customers.
· Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping check on monthly/ Weekly basis.
· To be updated with the current market trend and upcoming opportunities in the logistics and transport industry.
· Continuously identify gaps & ensure performance management of the sales support staff.
· Should able to cold calls (door-to-door / direct selling) in the assigned territory
· Should have ability to generate high-value sales.
· Should able to execute brand building exercises as instructed by the organization. (Manager)
· Able to motivate the team.
Efficient and accurate coordination with operation/traffic team on regular basis.
