    Job Description of Recruitment Executive DesignationRecruitment ExecutiveLevelJunior Level of ManagementVerticalHR & AdminAdministrative & Functional ReportingGM HRJob DescriptionThe Recruitment Executive will be responsible for End to end recruitment process for Group level, Joining & Exit Formalities, Performance Evaluation.

    Primary ResponsibilitiesSourcing of Candidates from Various Job portals, Recruitment Agencies and other sources.

    Conducting Campus Recruitment Screening and shortlisting of Candidates Conducting preliminary interviews Coordinating online and personal interviews Managing Various Skill tests Background Verification Appointment and onboardingInduction and coordination of training if requiredSecondary Responsibilities1.

    Preparing recruitment MIS reports every month2. Updating the career page on our website and to follow up with the candidates3. Scanning and keeping records of recruited employees in our databaseEducation QualificationPost Graduate or MBA (HR)

    Experience Minimum 3 Years in Relevant Field Skills RequiredFunctional:

    • Good Contacts with recruitment agencies
    • Hands-on talent for Job Hunting
    • Readiness to Travel to various site location IT Skills:
    • MS Office (Especially in Advance Excel)
    Word, PowerPoint, Outlook · Good Command to handle various recruitment portals · Proficiency in ATS and other softwares · Ability to conduct various tests Behavioral:

    • Interpersonal Skills
    • Organisational & time management skills
    • Good communication
    • Ability to create and maintain relationships with agencies and staffLanguagesEnglish, Hindi & GujaratiCompensation3.0 lakhs per annumAge LimitBelow 35 yearsLocation
