    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Tele Caller for our Inside Sales team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our electronic security and surveillance products, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in kalyan nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronic security and surveillance industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
    • Good knowledge of electronic security and surveillance products

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Contact potential customers through outbound calls and emails to promote our electronic security and surveillance products
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, and present suitable product solutions
    • Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product offerings and benefits
    • Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales deals
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers
    • Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities
    • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
