    We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to oversee and administer the total rewards and benefits. Ensure smooth and effective execution of HR functions related to compensation & benefits and Statutory Compliance. Responsibilities

    • Help in Designing a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that aligns with our company's strategy and business objectives.
    • Establish a consistent compensation philosophy that reflects the work culture and organizational goals
    • Ensure compensation practices comply with current legal regulations.
    • Utilize various methods and data-driven techniques to make informed decisions.
    • Participate in salary survey and benchmarking to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
    • Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics
    • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
    • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
    • Providing payroll inputs to vendor on monthly basis.
    • Checking calculations & giving go ahead on payroll data processed by vendor.
    • Checking salary register, PT, PF & ESIC deductions for payouts within timeline.
    • Adhering to local govt. laws while processing payroll for employees.
    • Responsible for maintaining all the salary records of employees
    • Timely payment of Full and final settlements
    • Timely payment of Statutory Bonus and Ex-gratia
    • Providing reports to management on request
    • Stay abreast of market and share timely updates with management on benefits trends
    • Administration of all benefits like group medical, parental, accident, term life policies
    • Administration of workmen compensation policy. Skill Required Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits Strong quantitative and analytical skills Ability
    • Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, empathy and sensitivity, especially when handling sensitive situations and information Qualification: Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree Work Experience - Minimum of 4-6 years' experience specializing in Compensation& Benefits and Compliance
