Technical Trainer - 2 Wheeler - Pune

The responsibilities would include:

• Training Calendar Preparation.
• Communication with field staff, regional offices, and Head Office
• Measuring Training effectiveness
• Deliver product technical training covering (Basic, Advanced, product) to the dealerships after-sales network, ITI Students and Open Market technician.
• Should communicate with area, regional managers to get the nominations for training and prepare the training calendar accordingly and communicate it back to field managers.
• Measuring the effectiveness of training programs and improving the feedback mechanism.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate should be well versed with all the Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics concepts of automotive technology and should carry hand on experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of the vehicle (2W experience will be an added advantage).
• Should be able to communicate with candidates easily.
• Candidate should be ready to travel 7-10 days in a month, within the region for training delivery.
• Candidates working as In House Trainer / Diagnostic Expert / System Technician / CoTech / E-Tech / DET (Diagnostic Expert Technician).
• Candidates who are working with (2W) automobile dealership with an experience of 3/4 years in diagnosis assignments.
• Proficiency in all MS Office tools is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to understand complex information and assess requirements.
• Fluency in regional language is must.
