Job Role : Marketing Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Objective
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, managing branding efforts, and driving lead generation through various marketing activities. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external resources to achieve business goals and ensure customer success.
## Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy
Design and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and targets
Prepare detailed marketing plans and budgets
Ensure effective execution of the marketing strategy
2. Branding
Gain a deep understanding of Gopani's brand identity and values
Manage and maintain consistency in physical collaterals, including catalogs, case studies, and merchandise (uniforms, gifting, cards, exhibitions, conferences, and other branding opportunities)
Oversee digital collaterals, such as websites and social media pages, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
3. Marketing Activities and Execution
Identify and prioritize marketing activities based on the overall strategy
Plan and coordinate with internal teams and external resources to execute marketing activities effectively
Develop and manage budgets for all marketing expenses, tracking key parameters such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost per Lead (CPL), and Return on Investment (ROI)
4. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Develop and implement sustainable organic and paid marketing campaigns to generate leads from relevant platforms
Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts, ensuring proper distribution within the team and tracking conversion rates
5. Customer Success
Collaborate with the customer success team to understand business goals and objectives
Utilize workflows and marketing collaterals to support customer success initiatives
6. Advanced Analytics
Set clear goals and plan activities for marketing campaigns
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Allocate budgets for marketing expenditures
Execute marketing campaigns and track progress
Monitor expenses and analyze the impact of marketing efforts (CAC, CPL, Cost per conversion, Business Impact, etc.)
Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a similar industry
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer success principles
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems ( Zoho / Hubspot etc )
B2B marketing Experience
