AC3 EXPERIENCES, a dynamic startup focused on innovative and inclusive events, seeks a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Event Coordinator.

In this role, you'll be a key player, helping us with:

• Finding Sponsors: Secure partnerships with exciting brands to support our events.
• Coordinating with Vendors : Coordinating with vendors to help with the production of the event.
• Connecting Everyone: Coordinate meetings between sponsors, vendors, and our team to ensure smooth sailing.
• Event Day Magic: Assist with planning to make our events unforgettable

What We're Looking For:

• No prior experience required, but a passion for creating memorable experiences is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key.
• You're a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
