    This is an exciting opportunity to lead our logistics operations team and drive the success of our pharmaceutical distribution network. As a Logistics Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain, from fleet operations to warehousing and delivery.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Fleet Management: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing fleet operations, including route planning, driver management, and vehicle maintenance.
    2. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve the efficiency of our supply chain, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
    3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cold-chain logistics industry.
    • Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle WMS, SAP TM).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
