    We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Financial Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED.

    Job Title: Finance Manager

    Taking the initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

    Objectives of this Role:

    • Ensuring the sufficiency of funds for the company's activities.
    • Ensuring the effective use of the organization's funds.
    • Making and updating a cash flow forecast.
    • Entering information about planned revenues and expenses into the Zoho ERP based on information from related departments.
    • Monitoring the compliance of data in the cash flow forecast with information on planned cash receipts and expenditures in ERP Zoho.
    • Improvement of the automation system for forecasting cash flow:

    o Making a proposal to improve the automation system for building a cash flow forecast based

    on data from ERP Zoho;

    o Creating technical tasks for data analysts to automate the construction of a cash flow

    forecast;

    o Control over the implementation of the automation system for building cash flow forecasts.

    • Development and submission of proposals to eliminate emerging cash gaps for management's decision.
    • Interaction with company's departments on prioritization of payments.
    • Interaction with credit institutions and foundations on the matters of attracting borrowed funds and placing available funds.
    • Calculation of cost and profitability of sales by product range.
    • Budgeting of income and expenses based on the sales plan.
    • Control over the execution and updating of the budget of income and expenses.

    Work Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai, India

    Candidate Requirement:

    • Must have proven 5 years working experience as an economist / accounting manager / financial manager / bank employee in a credit department.
    • Immediately available to join the company is MUST.
    • Solid analytical and organizational skills
    • Must have proven experience working with the Zoho One and Zoho Books software.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Fluent in English is must
